The book "Democratic Constitution Making: Experiences from Nepal, Kenya, South Africa and Sri Lanka" is basically a compilation of nine papers by noted intellectuals from Nepal, Kenya, South Asia and Sri Lanka. This is an outcome of a national and regional dialogue on the issue.
The book is divided into two parts. Part I deals with papers on the constitution making process in Nepal and Part second Part II deals with experiences form Kenya, South Africa and Sri Lanka.
The main objectives of the book is sharing of national and international experiences of the constitution making processes; and drawing lessons from those experiences for the future constitutional reform processes in Nepal.
