Rupantaran (transformation: social study) is a semi-academic social science journal that comes out twice every year. Five non-profit organizations involved in the transformation of Nepali society—NESAC, Martin Chautari, Collective Campaign for Peace, Advocacy Forum and Community Development Organization—help in the publication of the journal. The journal contains research-oriented and analytical articles on political, social, economic and cultural issues and book reviews.
